Wolverine interrogates one of the Hellfire Club’s goons in his own unique fashion. Gaining less information than he’d hoped, he tracks the scent of Nightcrawler through the club, and is attacked in full view of the patrons, some of whom are Secret Service agents protecting a Senator Kelly. Meanwhile, Cyclops uses his psychic rapport with Jean to try and get through to her, only to be met on the astral plane by Jason Wyngarde, the now revealed Mastermind. They fight a psychic swordfight, and Wyngarde comes out ahead, causing Cyclops’ physical form to collapse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
