Mail Call For 9.19.24

Shulkie has long been one of my favorite characters, and while I had some quibbles with the show – mostly the CGI – I really enjoyed She-Hulk: Attorney At Law.

So obviously I had to have this figure when I saw it announced.

That said, this is likely to be the last* Hot Toys figure I buy.

Anyway, here are some more pictures.

Unfortunately, one of her independently-adjustable eyes is a bit wonky…and it’s going to stay that way, given what happened the last time I tried adjusting the eyes of one of these figures.

She’s definitely appropriately large, and she has some heft to her.

This is the first figure I’ve owned that has bare wrists, allowing you to see the seam where the hands pop on, but the seams aren’t really as noticeable as I was afraid they’d be.

The biggest annoyance, of course, is the wonky eye. I’ve already got one of my own, I don’t need my She-Hulk to have one, but oh well.

Anyway, there are still more things set to be delivered, so check back soon for the next Mail Call.

*Never say never, but unless they put out a Rise of Skywalker Dark Side Rey or an Endgame Team Suit Black Widow, or I suddenly start having a lot more money than I do, I just don’t see them putting out anything else I want to pick up. Especially given that I really don’t have anywhere to put the figures I already have, and there’s such a long wait between ordering and receiving, even without the constant delays.
