You Can (Still) Do It

Here’s me talking about the same thing five years ago, when my sobriety turned old enough to drive (but not while intoxicated).

SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.

I don’t like to give advice, but I will say this: Don’t beat yourself up. Don’t look at every setback or slip as an absolute failure. Take each day as it comes, and remember that over time, those days add up.
