Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final. There are no refunds.

Download Issues

If there is an issue with a downloaded file or you were not able to download it, contact comics@opendoor-comics.com and we will work to ensure that you receive a working copy of the file.

Physical Products

Damaged Items

A refund or replacement will be provided for damaged items

Use the form below to initiate a refund or replacement

  • Note: Replacements may not be available for all products
  • OpenDoor Comics will cover the cost of shipping the replacement

Attach a photo documenting the damage to the form

The photo should clearly demonstrate that the damage occurred in shipping

There is no need to return damaged items

Refunds will not include any applicable shipping costs

Returns

Non-damaged physical items can be returned within ten (10) days of receipt

To initiate a return, use the form below

Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned and is determined to be in acceptable condition

  • Document the condition of the item(s) and attach to the return form

Customer shipping costs will be included in the refund

There is no restocking fee
